Privacy policy for glyphhaus.app and the app “Opalis – Glass Icon Pack” · as of October 2026
Email: [email protected]
Opalis is an icon pack. It has no internet permission and therefore cannot send any data. It contains no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no user accounts, and it does not collect personal data.
Icon requests: The “Requests” tab reads, locally on your device, which installed apps do not have an Opalis icon yet. Nothing leaves your device unless you decide to send the request: the app then opens your own email app with a prefilled message containing the names and package identifiers of the selected apps. We use these requests only to design new icons and do not pass them on. You can ask us at any time to delete your request emails.
The app is sold through Google Play. Payment and the purchase are handled by Google as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We only receive the sales reports Google provides to developers.
Hosting: This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address, the time and the requested page, as well as browser information, in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
No cookies, no tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server. Only your language choice (EN/DE) is stored in your browser’s local storage; this is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and never leaves your device.
If you email us, we process your address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Emails to [email protected] are forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox at Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin). We delete emails once they are no longer needed.
If you enter your email address in the “Notify me” form, we use it only to tell you when our icon packs launch. We use the double opt-in procedure: you first receive an email with a confirmation link, and only after you click it are you added to the list. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
The list is managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) as our processor under a data processing agreement; data is stored in the EU. To prove your consent, Brevo logs the time of registration and confirmation and the IP address used. We store your address until you unsubscribe.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, just write to us. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
